With the goal to make cities more resilient and sustainable and to achieve continuity, AI Systems Research - AISR created the "Making Smart Cities" initiative as its corporate social responsibility action.

This initiative also encourages and supports the implementation of the Hyogo Framework for Action, the UNISDR "Ten Essentials" and the new Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030.
